  • Business Development Manager

    Remote, with occasional travel to London
    Full-time | Permanent
    £45,000 to £55,000 basic salary
    OTE £70,000 to £100,000 depending on performance

    Sentra Care are pleased to partner with a client who are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow and mobilise complex care packages across the UK.

    This is a fully remote role with occasional visits to the London head office for training and key meetings. You’ll be responsible for both developing new business and supporting smooth mobilisation of care packages. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and getting things done.

    What you'll be doing

    - Leading the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to securing contracts

    - Building long-term, trust-based relationships with commissioners and external partners

    - Supporting mobilisation of new care packages alongside clinical and operations teams

    - Staying on top of market trends and contributing to creative growth strategies

    - Maintaining a clear pipeline and structured approach to business development

    What we’re looking for

    - A proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in health or social care

    - Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders

    - Highly organised with a proactive mindset

    - A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote working environment

    - A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential

  • Rehabilitation Case Manager

    Locations: Greater Manchester and Midlands
    Full-time or part-time | Remote with community visits
    £45,000 basic salary
    Yearly bonus of up to £5,000, paid quarterly

    Sentra Care are pleased to partner with a leading provider of rehabilitation case management who are looking for experienced clinicians to join their growing team. This is a remote role with local travel for community-based assessments, ideal for someone based in or near the North West or Midlands.

    You’ll work with patients who have experienced serious injuries, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex trauma. Your role will focus on helping clients set meaningful goals and guiding their recovery.

    What you’ll be doing

    - Conducting initial assessments and creating rehabilitation roadmaps

    - Supporting clients to set and achieve realistic, meaningful goals

    - Working closely with families, employers, and healthcare professionals

    - Identifying barriers to recovery and tailoring support around them

    - Monitoring progress and offering ongoing case management

    We’d love to hear from you if you

    - Are an Occupational Therapist, Nurse, or Physiotherapist with neuro, trauma, or complex rehab experience

    - Are registered with the HCPC or NMC

    - Understand rehab pathways and the importance of return to function or work

    - Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car

    - Live within one hour of Greater Manchester or the Midlands

    - Flexible options are available, including part-time roles across three or four days a week.

  • Clinical Lead – Complex Care

    Remote with regional travel across London, Home Counties, South West and Midlands
    Full-time | Permanent
    £45,000 to £50,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement

    Sentra Care are pleased to partner with a complex care provider who are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to help oversee safe, high-quality delivery of community-based care packages.

    This is a remote role with regional travel to support patients and nursing teams. You’ll lead clinical assessments, mentor nursing staff, and take ownership of quality and governance across a portfolio of complex care packages, including paediatric and adult cases.

    What you’ll be doing

    - Assessing care needs and creating tailored care plans

    - Mobilising new care packages and supporting nurse sign-offs

    - Overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and incident response

    - Supervising and developing registered nurses with regular 1-to-1s and appraisals

    - Collaborating with families, funders, and multidisciplinary teams

    - Submitting regular clinical updates and maintaining accurate records

    What we’re looking for

    - A Registered Adult Nurse or Registered Children’s Nurse (NMC) with at least two years' experience in acute or complex community care

    - Confidence in supporting either adult or paediatric clients (or both)

    - Strong communication and decision-making skills

    - A high standard of written documentation and digital recordkeeping

    - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

    - Professional development opportunities with support for further training.
