With a rare blend of operational experience and operational acumen, he understands the real world challenges providers face from staffing shortfalls, compliance, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth. At Sentra Care, he leads with a consultative, partner-first approach, helping clients build teams that reflect their mission and support long-term success. His goal: raise the standard of recruitment in Health & Social Care through solutions that create lasting impact.
